Remember, practice is a time for you. You. Realize this. It is for you. It is a time - set aside - for you. Let that sink in. You are taking time out of your busy day for you. That is really hard for a lot of people. And that’s okay. For me, it is a time to sit in the presence of the divine - just as I am. With ALL of my broken bits and pieces. With ALL of my shortcomings and mistakes and all of my shit (mind-chatter, self-loathing, demotivational crap that tells me I am worthless)… and letting it fall at the feet of G.O.D. In these moments, I am untouchable, I am unbreakable, I am a perfected being in the eyes of the divine. This is the essence of doing yoga. Letting go of all that crap that tells you you can’t do it… and do it.
